1. How to order the right size?
We have given the SIZE chart as guidance in detail covering sizes in India/UK/EUR/US sizes. We have also given the recommended age and length in centimeter.
We still recommend to use one size bigger as the shoes are durable and should last more than 6 months easily. In the initial days if kids are not exposed to skating then it may take few days/ weeks to be comfortable and kids can continue to use for longer time even if the feet size grow over the period.

2. How can I find status of my Order?
Once you have placed the order within 2 days the product will be shipped. Our official partner for shipping is DTDC courier and you will get the mail with dispatch details which can be tracked online at DTDC website.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We have all payment methods like net banking, debit/credit Card, UPI. We do not have COD payment option.

4. What are the safety recommendation for the use of shoes?
Please refer to the safety recommendation given in the shoes box before using the product. With one wheel the shoes are very safe to use in normal condition.

5. Is it possible to return/ exchange the shoes?
Yes it is possible to do the refund/ exchange and we expect the shoes and cardboard packaging are returned in unused and new condition. For more details please refer to the Return/ Exchange policy section.

6. What is the recommended age group to use these shoes?
We recommend the shoes may be used for kids from 5 years onward up to the late teens. It is important to refer to the SIZE guidelines given to make sure to have right fit.
