1. In case I change my mind about the size picked up, can I replace the order?
Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement.

Please make sure the product and packaging is unused and appears as new. Please send us back to our given address as per the Invoice.
Once we have received the Product and upon checking the quality we can exchange or refund as per the requirement.

2. How the shipping is charged for the return/ cancellation?
We charge minimal amount while we ship the product to you. In case of any reasons the product need to be shipped back to us then you will have to bear the charges. However, if we have to exchange the product then we will again bear the charges.

3. How can I cancel my order?
Orders once placed can only be cancelled prior to shipment. It is extremely difficult for us to cancel once the order has been shipped.

4. The product that I received was damaged and I want to return it. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund within 7 days.
