1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still request a return/refund if eligible.

2. Return Eligibility (After Delivery)

Returns are accepted **within 24 hours of delivery** for the following reasons:

• Wrong size received
• Wrong color or wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Damage during delivery

Products must be **unused, unwashed, undamaged**, and returned with the **original box, tags, and accessories**.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn footwear
• Products without original box or tags
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale items (unless defective)
• Return requests after 24 hours of delivery

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product (1–3 days), we will process your refund within:

Refunds are issued to the **original payment method**. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A **5% restocking fee** may apply if the packaging is opened or damaged.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for **manufacturing defects** or **wrong item delivered** after the 24-hour period. For size exchanges, please place the request within 24 hours.
