You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@firkiworld.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, such as repeated returns abuse, without refund. As an Indian platform, access is optimized for domestic IP addresses; VPN use for international access may limit functionality. We strive for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for downtime due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, as per IT Act). Content on our site, including product descriptions and images, is proprietary—do not reproduce without permission.

Our services include browsing products like the Explorer Series (dual-mode shoes with walk and glide features), adding to cart, checkout via Razorpay, and tracking orders. All features are subject to availability and stock levels, which we update in real-time. User-generated content (e.g., reviews) must be original, non-defamatory, and compliant with Indian obscenity laws— we moderate and may remove violations. By posting, you grant Firki a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for marketing, always crediting you if named.

2. Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we accept upon confirmation email. Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST but exclusive of shipping (calculated at checkout, free in Mumbai/Pune for orders over ₹2,000). Shipping costs non-refundable; restocking fee (5%) applies for opened boxes. No returns on customized/personalized items, sale products (unless defective), or after 24 hours—post this, exchanges only for defects.

Defects/wrong items: Report within 24 hours; we cover full return shipping and replace/exchange promptly. Quality guarantee: All products tested per BIS standards—no manufacturing faults. For allergies or fit issues, consult size charts pre-purchase. Refunds exclude taxes if applicable. 6. Limitation of Liability
